SEZ developers may receive special permission from the state government to sell properties to foreigners at lower prices. For example, Forest City properties may be sold for as little as RM500,000 instead of the usual RM1,000,000 threshold.
This applies to the SEZ MM2H category, which does not impose a separate minimum purchase value as long as the property complies with state policies and is purchased directly from an approved developer. Always verify the developer’s licence and state-government certification.

If you wish to accept the job, you must cancel your MM2H visa and apply for an Employment Pass.
If the principal holder cancels their MM2H Pass, all dependant passes issued under the principal holder will also be cancelled.
